Group Run

We'll be hosting another group run this evening.  We're planning to head out to the Laurel Mill Trail and run the 7K course that will be used for the Les Haas Memorial Trail Challenge race on September 21.  The ANF did a great job of cleaning up the fallen trees that were on the trail and they even ran the brush mower along the trail for us.  The trail is in great shape for the race.  The long straight section on the backside of the Hemlock Loop is still muddy and wet, but what fun would a trail event be without a little mud and water?  If you'd like to join us for the group run, meet at CSO at 6:15pm this evening to catch the shuttle to the trailhead.
